Located on the end of the main drag it is closer to the cheaper restaurants, however, nothing is a particularly far walk away. If you want to climb the Mount you may want to drive a bit closer though. The room was clean and modern and the staff friendly. Check-in and out was painless. The room had a large window overlooking the main road, but the whisper-glass seemed to do its job effectively. Didn’t hear any neighbors. There’s no view, but the older motels in the area don’t have one either. Their website had been “hacked” and gave me a more expensive rate than advertised, however, I rang them directly and got a very good rate that was better than advertised.

Stopped in without a booking. No one home at reception!!!! Heard planning/ banging from garage….. waited till stopped then banged on garage door. A shouted response be there straight away. Walked back to reception to be greeted by a sawdust covered gentleman with a great smile and welcoming demeanour. He was so very enthusiastic and positively jumped at filling his last room available only because of a late cancellation.

Great room, clean, full facilities and walking distance to everything that the Mount has to offer.

Everything one would expect from a modern well run facility. Only enthusiastic welcome meant that we missed out on milk at check in.

We had a girls weekend away and stayed at the Baywatch Motor Inn. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this motel. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable

We travelled from Brisbane for a family wedding, booking was made online and additional requests were made via email, to which I received prompt replies. Accomodation was fantastic, super clean, comfy beds, the unit we had was perfect as to are the facilities. Staff were friendly and very accommodating- highly recommend and will stay here again.
